摘要
目的:建立夏桑菊颗粒中蒙花苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:C18(Hypersil ODS 250mm×4.6mm,5μm,大连依利特公司),柱温:25℃。流动相:甲醇-水-冰乙酸(24:25:1),检测波长:334Bin,流速:1.0ml/min。结果:回归方程:Y=1047294.969X+6064.236,γ=0.9995。结果表明蒙花苷在0.0408~0.3672μg范围内具有良好的线性关系。平均回收率为99.76%,RSD%=0.72%。结论:该方法准确可靠,重现性好,可用于夏桑菊的质量控制。
Objective:To establish the method for determination of the content of linarin in Xiasangju granules. Method: HPLC method was used. The chromato bar was C18 column ( Hypersil ODS 250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) with mobile phase methanol - water - glacial acetic acid(24 : 25 : 1 ) at the temperature of 25 ℃. The detection wavelength was 334 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. Result : regression equation: Y = 1047294. 969X + 6064. 236, r = 0.9995. the result showed that linarin had a linear relationship at the range of 0.0408- 0.3672 μg. The average recovery was 99.76% ,RSD% = 0.72%. Conclusion: The method is accurate, reliable with well reproducible, can be used to control the quality of Xiasangju granules.
