摘要
关于高校朋辈心理咨询的意义和作用,心理健康工作者已经形成了一致的肯定性认识。但对于如何培养一支合格、有效的朋辈心理咨询员队伍,还没有比较成熟的方案。本文尝试以团体心理辅导的模式,利用团体动力学原理设计朋辈心理咨询员的培训方案。
As for the significance and function of peer-consulting, a consistent recognition has been reached among the psychological health workers. But when it comes to build up a qualified and efficient peer-consultants team, a relatively mature plan is not yet formulated. So, it is urgent to work out a plan for the training ofpeer-consultant.
