摘要
钻井过程中由于地质条件复杂多变,得到的信息多是不精确的、模糊的、不确定和非数值化的。为此,结合地质导向钻井技术研究,提出了利用虚拟现实技术建立临境式地质导向钻井信息模拟系统,目的是为钻井技术人员营造一个可直观地看到地下地层及钻井井眼轨迹等的真实场景。通过对收集的不同来源的大量钻井信息进行综合处理,建立了井场数据库和模型数据库,研究了数据之间的对应关系和信息的融合性,并在此基础上分别建立了地质分层模型和井眼轨迹模型,最后详细描述了虚拟现实模型的建立以及系统三维可视化的实现。
In the process of drilling, owing to the complex and diverse geologic conditions, the obtained information is often inaccurate, obscuring, uncertain and cannot be expressed in digits. In this paper, the geosteering drilling information modeling system constructed on virtual reality technology is put forward, the purpose of which is to construct a true scene for drilling staff that offers visualized underground formations and well trajectories. Through comprehensive processing of large amounts of drilling data from various sources, the well site database and model database are established, and the corresponding relationship between different data and the consistency of information are investigated. Then the geologic stratification models and well trajectory models are separately set up, and the virtual reality model and the 3D visualization of the system are realized.
