摘要
酸化是砂岩油气藏最有效的增产措施之一。为了酸化施工顺利进行、减小风险以及对施工过程和地层情况分析的需要,实时监测方法的研究十分重要。传统的实时监测技术都是利用测量的井口压力和注酸排量来估算酸化过程中表皮系数的变化,达到实时判断酸化效果的目的。在现有技术的基础上,提出了通过酸化过程中酸液有效作用距离和渗透率的变化来反求表皮系数的砂岩酸化实时监测方法,首先选择砂岩油气藏酸化计算的数学模型,然后编制了相应的计算程序,最后进行实例计算与分析。应用结果表明这种模拟方法是一种行之有效的实时监测新方法。
Acidizing is one of the most effective EOR methods used in sandstone reservoirs. To secure successful acidizing, reduce risks and analyze the whole operation and formation conditions, real-time monitoring is very important. In traditional real-time monitoring, wellhead pressure and acid injection volume are used to estimate changes of the skin factor during the acidizing process. In this article, a novel method was presented, which calculated the skin factor by the effective operating distance of the acid fluid and changes of formation permeability. Mathematic model was established and corresponding program designed. Finally, calculation and analysis of practical examples were performed to validate the effectiveness of this real-time monitoring method.
