摘要
讨论了针型喷嘴结构参数——长径比对输出功率的影响,根据实验结果,利用SAS软件建立了数学模型,并使用Lingo对该模型进行了优化,从而得出喷嘴输出功率达到最大值的最佳长径比值,以达到提高水射流效率,降低能耗的目的。
The needle-shape nozzle's outpower has to do with the choice of the nozzle structure parameters. Especially,in this paper nozzle's length-width ratio was stud'ied and the mathematical model was acquired based on the laboratory tests by SAS. Lingo optimum design was used on this mathematical model. The better nozzle's length-width ratio that can get the biggest outpower was obtained. The purpose that enhance water-jet officiency and decrease waste water were attained.
