摘要
分析近１５年来诊治咽喉结核８９例临床资料。其特点为：咽结核发病率高于喉结核，发病年龄以４１～５０岁为主，咽痛和声嘶分别为咽、喉结核最多见首发症，全身中毒症状少，误诊率高。特点为：①４０岁前多见；②颈部为最多见首发部位，常有多发区域广，深浅不一的颈淋巴结感染。③局部病灶以结节状多见。
Abstract During past 15 years,89 patients with pharyngeal andlaryngeal tuberculosis were diag- nosed and treated in our hospital. There were 64 males and 25 females,ranging in age from 12 to 76 years. The sites of tuberculosis were pharynx in 36(40.4%),larynx in 34(38.2%),pharynx and larynx in 19(21.3%).It was found that:(1)pharyneal tuberculosis was more than laryngeal tuberculosis; (2) patients were often in 41～50 years old;(3)sore throat and hoarseness were the first symptoms,with few general toxic symptom. Pharyngeal and laryngeal tuberculosis were often misdiagnosed.The method of treatment for these 89 patient was anti-tuberculosis drugs(Isoniaeid,Streptomycin),continuously given for at least one year.All patient were cured except one patient who discontinued treatment.The charac- teristic of nasopharyngeal tuberculosis was also discussed.
