摘要
目的:建立祛毒胶囊的质量标准.方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对方中大黄、黄柏、当归、地龙进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定方中赤芍有效成分芍药苷的含量.结果:在TLC中均能检出大黄、黄柏、当归、地龙的特征斑点;芍药苷进样量的线性范围为0.094 4~0.944 0 μg(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为99.94%(RSD=1.74).结论:本文所建标准可用于祛毒胶囊的质量控制.
OBJECTIVE: To establish the quality standards for Qudu capsules. METHODS: TLC was used to identify Rheum Palmatum, Phellodendron Amurense, Angelica Sinensis and Pheretima Aspergillum in Qudu capsules. HPLC was used to determine the content of the effective ingredient Paeonia Lactiflora. RESULTS: The spots characteristic of Rheum Palmaturn, Phellodendron Amurense, Angelica Sinensis and Pheretima Aspergillum were found through detection by TLC. The linear range of Paeonia Lactiflora was 0.094 4-0.944 0μg( r = 0.999 8) .The average recovery was 99.94% (RSD = 1.74) . CONCLUSIONS: This standard can be used for the quality control of Qudu capsules.
