摘要
在偏光技术应用中,为了实现一定波长范围内延迟量的连续可调并产生90°转向,设计了一种新型补偿器件,即利用三元复合波片系统和菱体型延迟器的多重组合来完成这一目的.通过理论分析及误差分析可知,这一设计符合要求,完全可以实现上述目的.
In the application of polarized technology, a new compensator is designed which is made up of three-in-one composite achromatic wave-plates and rhombus retarder, in order to make the exit beam of a retarder to deflect 90° with any detention in certain wavelength ranges. After the theoretical analysis, the design satisfies the purpose completely.
