摘要
本文以线型主分子复合增韧剂改性酚醛树脂,测试了玻璃纤维增强塑料的力学性能,研究了增韧剂地增强塑料力学性能的影响,初步探讨了玻璃纤维的增强机理,结果表明,该复合增韧的效果优于三元共聚尼龙,非连续长纤维增强塑料的弯曲强度,总击强度优于短纤维增强塑料。
A kind of complex plasticizer (plasticizer P)containing linear polymers and liquid ofsmall molecules was used to modify phenolic reams. Mechanical properties of glassfibre reinforced plastics of this toughened phenolics were tested and the mechanism was analyzed Preliminarily. Results showed that plasticizer P was better than termly-nylon for improvingmechanical properties of glass fibre reinforced Phenolics. The flexural strength and impactstrength of non-continuous long fibres reinforced phenolics toughened by plasticizer P wereboth superior to short fibers.
