摘要
镁渣替代石灰石配料制备水泥熟料时,分别掺入和同时掺入2种自制外加剂,通过生料易烧性实验和熟料物理性能及XRD图谱的测定,确定外加剂和镁渣的最佳掺量。实验结果表明:同时掺入2种外加剂能大幅度改善生料易烧性,此时镁渣可以代替20%石灰石,烧成的硅酸盐水泥28 d强度可达65.2 MPa。
When magnesium slag replaces limestone to prepare cement clinker, add one or both homemade additives, measure burnability of raw meal and physical properties and XRD patterns of clinker, and decide the proper content of additive and magnesium slag. The results show that adding compound additive can greatly improve the bumability, at the time the content magnesium slag is up to 20 %, and the compressive strength of cement is 65.2 MPa.
