摘要
结合某大型钢厂沉淀池加固工程,从圆柱壳理论出发,得出圆柱壳在温差下的应力分布及变形规律。建立弹性体等效应力和普通钢筋混凝土受弯构件配筋及裂缝的数值关系,证明三者之间呈线性关系,并提出一种体外预应力环箍加固的方法,旨在改变池壁原环向应力分布。混凝土在环箍预应力作用下趋向于受压,裂缝随之自行闭合,从而使加固后的水池能满足规范正常使用极限状态和承载力极限状态要求。
Combined with the sedimentation basin reinforcement project of a large-scale steel plant and based on the cylinder shell theory, it deduced the stress distribution and deformation regularity of the cylinder shell under different temperatures in this paper. It was also found out and proved the linear numerical value relations between the equivalent stress of the elastomer and the reinforcement distribution and crack of the common reinforced concrete bending members; meanwhile it proposed an effective reinforcement method with external pre-stressed ring hoop, aiming at changing the basin wall's original hoop stress distribution. Though this method, the concrete bear compression due to the pre-stressed ring hoop, resulting in automatically closing of the crack. So it could make the reinforced basin meet the requirements of normal service limited state and bearing capacity limited state specified in the codes.
