摘要
给出创业企业的层级-功能型创业社会网络图谱,认为其层级的判据在于互惠、互动和互信,探讨层级-功能型创业社会网络图谱的嵌入性原理、对等性原理、异构性原理、逆向性原理与有序性原理;提出创业企业的中心-边缘型创业社会网络图谱,剖析该图谱的等势性原理、延展性原理与重排性原理,并论述创业社会网络图谱的位置强度假设、关系差异假设与资源差异假设。
This paper provides the hierarchy-function-type social network map of start-up enterprises, thinks that the basis of hierarchy lies in multi-profit, muhi-interactivity and multi-credit, discusses the embeddedness theory, equilibrium theory, heterogeneity theory, polarity theory and order theory. This paper then provides the heart-margin-type start-up social network map of start-up enterprises, an- alyzes the equipotentiality theory, expansion theory and realignment theory of this map, and discusses the position strengths hypothesis, relationship difference hypothesis and resource difference hypothesis.
