摘要
应用有限元分析软件I-DEAS对某厂生产的125型号摩托车建立了有限元模型,并进行了模态分析计算,得出了该车的固有频率和振型.通过对计算结果的归纳和分析,找出了该摩托车结构设计中有待改进的地方,为改进设计提供理论依据,并找出在摩托车结构设计过程中的技术要求和应注意的问题.
The FEM is an efficient assistant tool of modem engineering. It is very important in structure design of auto. In the paper, a finite element model of the 125 motorcycle are established by using I- DEAS software, the model analysis and calculation are performed and inherence frequency and vibration model are dotained. By analyzing the result, several problems in the structure design are found, which would provide the basis for structure design improvement. In addition, some suggestions of structure design are put forward.
