摘要
对我国当前粉体机械及装备领域数字化技术的现状进行了介绍和分析.数字化技术以其高效率、低成本的优势已在航空航天、汽车、船舶等研究领域取得了累累硕果,但是将其应用于粉体机械及装备设计与制造,在国内还是一种新的尝试,如用数字化产品取代样机试制、粉体机械及装备内部流场的数值模拟研究、高速摄像系统捕获可视化粉体流场的图像等.
This paper introduces the progress in the study of digital powder mechanism and equipment in China. Great achievements are made in fields of space and aeronautics, automobile and boats because of digitalization technology with high efficiency and low cost. But its application in powder equipment design is regarded as a new trial, such as replacing traditional products using trials with digital ones, numerical simulation study of inner fluid field of powder mechanic and equipment, adopting high speed videotape system to capture image of video powder fluid field and so on.
