摘要 农杆菌介导的基因转化是一种使外源DNA转移到目的植株的天然系统,通过植物表达载体上DNA的加工与转移将外源DNA转运到植物细胞中的转基因方法.介绍了该方法在转化过程中的影响因素,包括转基因受体、外源基因供体、共培养条件、植物培养基的成分和外植体培养条件等. The genetic transformation of plants via agrobacterium tumefaciens is a natural transgenic system, with which the exogenous DNA is transferred to target plant by processing and transfering the DNA of expression vector. The influencing factors in the process are introduced such as gone acceptor, exogenous gone donator, co-culture conditions, elements of plant medium and culture conditions of explant.
