摘要
德鲁克在《管理实践》中首次提出目标管理的概念,并建构了目标管理理论体系。德鲁克对目标制定、目标实施和成果检测等进行了详细论述。德鲁克的目标管理思想与其之前的管理思想家关于“目标”、“任务”和“计划”等的相关思想存在着本质不同。时至今日,德鲁克的目标管理理论对我们仍具有非常重要的意义和影响。
Drucker firstly introduced the conception of Objective Management in his "The Practice of Management " and formed a theory system of objective management . Different from former thinkers essentially on "objectives", "tasks", "plans", Drucker analyzed and discussed objective-making, objective-practicing and production-checking particularly and systemically. Such a theory is full of maneuverability in the abstract and practicability in practice, which has a deep influence upon us today.
