摘要
阐述了惠蓄工程管理信息系统的开发情况、结构、功能及特点。总结了开发过程中的经验体会:充分的需求分析是工程管理信息系统成功开发的基础;联合开发是工程信息管理系统成功开发的有效方式。该系统已安全、稳定地运行一年多,运行状态良好,提高了工程的管理水平。
This paper elucidates the development situation, structure, function and characteristics of HPMIS （Huixu Project management information system）. It is concluded that an enough demand analysis is the basis of developing successfully HPMIS, and an united development is the effective approach of developing this system. This system has been safely, stably operated for over one year. It is still in perfect order, and can enhance the management level of the large engineering.
