摘要
目的:探讨妊娠晚期胎死宫内的原因,降低围产儿死亡率。方法:对68例妊娠晚期胎死宫内的病例资料进行分析。结果:妊娠并发症是胎死宫内的主要原因,其次是脐带因素及胎盘因素。结论:预防妊娠并发症,加强高危妊娠管理,加强胎儿监护,对降低妊娠晚期死胎发病率有重要意义。
Objective： To discuss the fatal reasons of dead fetus in uterus during late pregnancy period, so as to decrease the perinatal mortality. Methods： The data of 68 case of dead fetuses in uterus during late pregnancy period in this hospital were analyzed. Results： Pregnant complications was the main reason of dead fetus. Umbilical cord and placentae were the other reasons. Conclusion： Improving the management of high risk pregnancy and the monitor of fetus to prevent pregnant complications have great significance for decreasing the dead rate of late pregnancy period fetus.
