几种磨盘材料耐磨性研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过对热磨机的磨盘材料不锈钢和高铬铸铁的耐磨性对比研究表明,高铬铸铁比不锈钢有更好的耐磨性。尽管材料含有相同的成分,但耐磨性也不同,是因为材料的微观结构对性能具有重要影响。同时也指出,开发的高铬铸铁制造的磨盘不需要复杂的热处理,这能简化生产工艺、节约生产成本、降低劳动强度以及提高生产效率。 In this paper, the abrasion resistance of the refiner plates made of stainless steels and high chromium cast irons was tested and compared. The results showed that abrasion resistance of refiner plate made of high chromium cast iron was better than that of the stainless steel material. Although the two kinds of materials have the same compositions, their abrasion resistances have apparent difference. The main reason is that the materials microstructures have very important effect on their performance. The new developed refiner plates made of high chromium cast irons don' t need the complicated heat treatment. This can simplify the manufacture process, save the cost of production, decrease labor strength, and increase the production efficiency.
