摘要
目的:复制中风后遗症“气虚血瘀”大鼠模型,观察补阳还五汤对其血常规及血液流变性的影响。方法:用仪器分析法检测血常规,用LIANG-100型血液黏度计测定血液流变性指标。结果:①对血常规影响:与正常组比较,模型组和对照组白细胞显著升高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,高、中、低剂量组白细胞显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.05)。与正常组比较,模型组红细胞显著降低(P<0.01);与模型组比较,高、中、低剂量组红细胞显著升高(P<0.01,P<0.05)。与正常组比较,模型组和高、低剂量组血红蛋白显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.05);与模型组比较,高、中、低剂量组血红蛋白胞显著升高(P<0.01)。与正常组比较,模型组和高、低剂量组血小板显著升高(P<0.01,P<0.05);与模型组比较,高、中、低剂量组血红蛋白胞显著升高(P<0.01,P<0.05)。②对血液流变性的影响:与正常组比较,模型组各指标均显著升高(P<0.001~0.05);与模型组比较,除高剂量组对5 s-1、30 s-1切变率时的全血黏度影响无统计学意义(P>0.05)外,其余各项指标均显著降低(P<0.001~0.05)。对ADP诱导的大鼠血小板聚集功能的影响,与模型组比较,各剂量组均显著降低(P<0.001~0.05);中剂量组显著低于高剂量组(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤可提高免疫机能,改善气虚血瘀和能量代谢,改善循环功能,并具有明显的活血化瘀作用,一定程度上反映了该方补气活血作用的作用机制。
Objective: Make the stroke sequela models of rats which are lack of Qi and with blood silted,study the effects on hemorheology and Blood Routine Examination by Bu Yang Huan Wu decoction. Methods: Instrumental method was used for blood routine examination. Determine the indexes of hemorrheology by LIANG-100 blood rate viscosimeter. Results: ①The results showed that Bu Yang Huan Wu decoction reduce white blood cell;ascend red blood cell and hemoglohin ; reduce platelct. ②There were significant differences ( P 〈 0.001 - 0.05) in every other index except the high dosage group having no marked effccts on the whole blood viscosity at 5s^-1 ,30 s^-1. Compared with the normal group there were significant differences( P 〈 0. 001 - 0.05)in ADP induced blood platelet congregation in each group and compared with the middle dosage group,there was significant difference( P 〈 0.05)in the high dosage group of it. Conclusion: Bu Yang Huan Wu decoction is helpful to reduce blood viscosity, improve microcirculation and enhance immunological. These could reflected the modem action mechanisms of Bu Yang Huan Wu decoction on renewing gas , promoting blood circulation and relieving blood stasis.
