摘要
随着我国西部大开发政策的不断深入,西部地区经济发展面临前所未有的机遇和挑战。由于加入WTO后市场壁垒已经不复存在,经济的发展开始主要依赖于本国的技术成就。目前的西部地区在利用高校科技成果方面存在一些不足,成为地区经济发展的制约因素。本文在充分分析了目前西部地区高校科技成果转化的现状,问题的基础上,提出了从高校及企业观念、政府宏观调控的角度解决问题的思路。
Accompany with the policy of north-western area development and entering the WTO, the economy of western area is accounting with great opportunity and challenge it never met before. In this article, we discussed the shortcomings of the college technology research transformation in the west area and gave two reasonable suggestions to resolve these shortcomings.
