摘要 采用自主开发的在线混合设备制备了LFT-PP。研究了LFT-PP中纤维用量对纤维长度的影响,并与短纤维、纤维毡增强聚丙烯复合材料的力学性能进行了对比。结果发现,LFT-PP中,纤维长度在7~10mm之间。低纤维用量时,纤维长度基本相同;高纤维用量时,由于纤维/纤维之间的相互作用,纤维长度降低。与SGF-PP和GMT-PP比较,除了拉伸强度略低于GMT-PP,冲击强度接近于GMT-PP,LFT-PP的其他力学性能如弯曲强度、模量都较好。 Long fiber reinforced PP (LFT-PP) composite was prepared by means of self-made on-line mixing equipment. The effect of the content of the fiber in LFT-PP on the length of the fiber was studied, and the mechanical properties of LFT-PP composite were compared with those of the composites reinforced by short glass fiber (SGF) and glass mat (GMT) . The results showed the fiber length of LFT-PP composite was in the range of 7 - 10 mm; at low fiber content, the fiber length was almost the same; at high fiber content, the fiber length was decreased by the mutual effect between fibers. Compared with SGF-PP and GMT-PP, the mechanical properties of LFT-PP, such as bending strength and modulus properties, were best, except that the tensile strength of LFT-PP was appreciably lower than that of GMT-PP and the impact strength of LFT-PP was close to that of GMT-PP.
