摘要
京津冀都市圈由于受到自然条件与要素禀赋的约束,迫切需要通过产业创新寻找出一条符合实际的产业发展道路。立足于京津冀的经济基础和产业优势,提出重点技术领域优先发展、技术扩散创新、创新分工和“一体化”协作等战略,推进产业创新,从而提升该区域在国际分工中的地位和竞争力。
Jing- Jin - Ji Urban Circle need to look for a new way of the industry development on account of the restriction of the natural condition and element gift. The article bring forward the strategy of the precedence development of the emphases techno - field and technology diffuse innovation and innovation divide the work and integrated coUabboration based on Jing - Jin - Ji economy base and industry advantage, so upgrade the station and competivity of the area in internaitional divide the work.
