摘要
执行力是一种协调而和谐的动力,它是决定研发项目成功与否的一个重要因素,研发组织的执行力日益受到管理者的重视。在分析构建研发组织执行力必要性的基础上,从组织结构、研发流程、团队建设和组织文化等四个方面构建研发组织执行力,为研发组织执行力的研究提供了新的视野。
As a force of orchestration and harmony, implementation power is a very important factor determining the success of a development project, likewise the implementation power of development organization is much valued by the administrators. Based on the necessity analysis of construction of implementation power of development organization, this paper highlights four aspects, which opens a new horizon for researches of its kind. The four aspects are： constitutional construction; development procedure; group build-up and organizational culture.
