摘要
基于接触动力学的理论,利用数值模拟的手段建立了调宽机含间隙的动力学数学模型,采用定步长四阶Runge-Kutta数值积分的方法,详细研究了运动副内间隙对接触力的影响规律。研究结果表明,调宽机在空载和工作两种状态下,同步机构各构件间的运动副内接触力变化不大,侧压机构主要承受了板坯变形产生的轧制力。该研究成果对于调宽机内部运动副间隙的在线控制和关键构件的受力分析,提供了精确的边界条件,同时对于改善调宽机的动态特性和其后期的改造,具有重要的参考价值。
Based on the theory of contact dynamics, the dynamic model with clearances of sizing press roll was established using the method of numerical simulation. The paper studied the effect of clearances on contact force inner Mechanism joints detailedly by the method of numerical integration of fix step length four orders Runge-Kutta. Researched results indicated that contact force's modification was very little inner joints of synchronize Mechanism under the state of no-load and heavy-load of sizing press, the rolling force that slab deformed created was supported mostly by side Mechanism. Studied results would supply accurately boundary conditions to stress analyzing for key structural unit and control joints clearances of all components in line. It had provided the reference values for improvement dynamic characteristics deeply and reform in future for sizing press mill.
