摘要
改进锻前高温扩散工艺对于节约能源、提高大型铸锻件的生产效率都有着重要的意义。文章用试验方法研究了锻前高温扩散的不同保温时间、在不同锻比下,对2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V钢锻后纵向力学性能的影响。试验表明,合金元素Cr,Mo的偏析程度随锻前高温扩散保温时间的增加而降低;锻比较小时,纵向屈服强度、纵向冲击韧性随保温时间的增加同时增大;锻造比达到某一数值后,纵向屈服强度、纵向冲击韧性不再随保温时间规律性变化;锻前高温扩散保温时间对纵向抗拉强度基本无影响。
Improvement in diffusion annealing before forging is meaningful to energy saving and increasing productivity. In the article the influence of different holding times on longitudinal mechanical property of 2. 25Cr-1Mo-0. 25V steel with different forging ratios is studied by experiments. Experiments show that the segregation ratios of Cr, Mo reduce with the holding time of diffusion annealing before forging increasing. With a relative small forging ratio, both longitudinal yield strength and longitudinal impact ductility increase as the holding time increasing. However, when forging ratio reaches a certain value, neither longitudinal yield strength nor longitudinal impact ductility changes with a certain pattern associated with holding time any more. Holding time of diffusion annealing before forging has basically no influence on longitudinal tensile strength.
