摘要
针对油水两相流流量的测量难题,采用双U型Coriolis流量计对油水混合物的总质量流量、分相质量流量和真实密度进行了测量研究。以双U型Coriolis流量计得到的油水混合物的质量流量和密度为基础,提出了基于支持向量机(SVM)油水分相质量流量的直接预测方法,避开了直接对滑脱速度、持水率与含水率等之间复杂关系的研究。利用该方法对25mm管径的油水两相流进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,在含水率为5%~95%时,油水总质量流量测量误差在±1%以内;油水分相质量流量的测量相对误差在±8%以内。
In order to overcome the difficulties in measuring the flow rate of oil-water two-phase flow, the measurements of total mass flow rate, respective mass flow rate and real density of oil-water mixture with a double-U Coriolis flow meter were investigated. Based on the oil-water flow rate and density obtained with a double-U Coriolis flow meter, and by the help of Support Vector Machine (SVM), a direct prediction method of the oil-water respective mass flow rate was developed to avoid the need of study on the complex relation between the slip velocity, water hold up and water fraction. The experimental research on the oil-water two phase flow measurement was carried out in a 25 mm diameter pipe with the water flow rate in the range from 02 m^3·h^-1 to 7 m^3·h^-1, oil flow rate from 0.27 m^3·h^-1to 5 m^3·h^-1 and water fraction from 5% to 95%. Experimental results show that, using the proposed prediction method, the Coriolis flow meter could make direct measurement of total mass flow rate of oil-water two-phase flow with high accuracy, and the relative error of total mass flow rate is within ±1% while that of respective mass flow rate is within ±8%.
