摘要
针对国产早期生产的300MW汽轮发电机组,在240MW负荷稳定运行期间,8号轴承垂直振动由24μm突升到67μm,转子振动由72μm突升到125μm的故障情况,在现场进行了变负荷、变真空和改变轴承支承刚度等一系列试验和数据测量分析,诊断出振动特点与原因,并制定了保障机组安全运行的技术对策和检查方案。小修揭缸检查发现了引起振动的设备故障,证明诊断结论正确性,为该类型机组振动故障诊断分析提供了有益借鉴。
This paper aimes at a 300MW steam and power generation unit early product in China. The bearing vertical vibration of No. 8 jumps from 24 to 67 and the rotor vibration jumps from 72 to 125 at 250MW stable operation. We advance the experiments-load disturbance experiment increased and decreaed;variation vacuum; alternation of the bearing rigidity support stiffnesses and analyse the measured vibration data at site, then get the reason of the unit' s outlimited vibration. Finally we establish the countermeasures securing the unit' s operation and the equipments checking schedule. Consulted with this, we take off the cylinder and find the vibration caused by the equipments in the minor repair, which approves our method is correctness, and beneficial for the fault diagnostic analysis of the same form unit.
