摘要
为从自然生态环境中寻找对水稻稻瘟病菌有拮抗作用的链霉菌,采用平板对峙法,从土壤中筛选出4株对稻瘟病菌有明显抑制作用的链霉菌St-10、St-85、St-107、St-120,通过测定拮抗带宽度并对拮抗菌株发酵液拮抗性的测定,最终得到1株高拮抗活性物质菌株St-10,抑菌率为52.0%。但试验分离到的菌株能否用于田间防治水稻稻瘟病,还需要进一步研究。
In order to search streptomyces with antagonism against rice blast pathogen from natural ecological environment, four streptomyces strains i. e St-10,St-85,St-107 and St-120 against the rice blast pathogen were obtained from soil by panel confrontation method. By measuring the width of antagonistic band and the antagonistic activity of fermentation liquid of antagonistic strains, the strain of St-10 with high activity substances resistant to rice blast was obtained and the inhibitive rate was 52.0%. However, whether the isolated strains could be used for controlling the rice blast in field or not need to be further studied.
