小白菜对Cd污染石灰性土壤的修复 被引量:3

摘要 以小白菜为供试材料,采用盆栽土培方法,研究了不同小白菜品种对石灰性土壤中Cd净化能力的差异,初步探讨了其对Cd污染土壤的修复效果。结果表明:石灰性土壤对Cd有明显的钝化作用,种植小白菜可以减缓土壤对Cd的固定;翠宝和其余供试品种间差异达到显著水平,其对土壤Cd的净化率也最高。土壤脲酶及过氧化氢酶活性随土壤Cd浓度的增加而降低;种植小白菜后可以增加土壤脲酶及过氧化氢酶的活性,促进酶活性的恢复,但品种间差异不明显。回归分析表明,土壤脲酶活性与土壤Cd浓度显著相关,可表示出土壤受Cd污染程度。 Four pakchoi varieties were used as the experiment materials by soil cultivation in pot. The investigation was carried out to study the differences of purification ability of pakchoi to Cd in calcareous soil, and the remediation effects of pakchoi on soil contaminated by cadmium was discussed. The results were summarized as follows: the inactivation of Cd in calcareous soil was obvious; the fixation of Cd in soil could be reduced by planting pakchoi, and the fixation difference between Cuibao and other varieties reached a significant level. The purification rate of Cuibao to soil was the highest. Moreover, with the increase of Cd concentration, the activities of urease and catalase in soil were decreased, but the activities of urease and catalase could be increased after planting pakchoi, and the differences among the pakchoi varieties were not obvious. Furthermore, the results of regress analysis showed that the correlation between the activity of urease in soil and Cd concentration was significantly positive, and the activity of urease can denoted the contaminated extent of cadmium in soil.
