摘要 本文采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Eu的TiO2粉体,然后以NH3为N源,采用浸渍法进一步对其处理,获得了同时掺杂Eu、N的纳米TiO2。以甲基橙为目标污染物,对于上述样品的光催化性进行了研究,并采用XRD、TEM等手段对粒子晶型、大小和形貌进行了表征。结果表明:(1)试验条件下,Eu、N的掺杂对于TiO2晶型基本没有影响;(2)采用溶胶-凝胶法结合浸渍法,在焙烧温度为450℃条件下制备出的掺Eu(0.5%)、N的纳米TiO2样品具有较好的可见光光催化活性。 Eu - doped TiO2 samples were prepared by the sol - gel method, and further doping which uses ammonia as nitrogen source were carried out by the impregnation method. The photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange was used as model reaction to evaluate the activity of Eu/N - doped TiO2 samples. The structure, size and the appearance of Eu/N-doped TiO2 samples were characterized by XRD and TEM. It was found that: (1)The doping of Europium and nitrogen had little influence on the structure of TiO2. (2) The Eu/N - doped TiO2 sampies( prepared by the sol - gel method and impregnation method, the Europium doping content of 0.5% ) calcined at 450℃ showed higher photocatalytic activity under visible light irradiation.
