摘要
以制革固体废弃物铬鞣革屑为原料,将其溶解再进行化学交联与修饰合成新型皮革。此过程充分利用制革固体废弃物,对环境实现“零排放”,没有带来二次污染。本文考察了温度、时间、以及助溶剂、交联剂用量对反应的影响。结果表明:溶解过程最佳条件为60℃下搅拌溶解3h,废革屑∶助溶剂(质量比)为1∶0.2;交联反应过程最佳条件为60℃下搅拌反应24h,废革屑∶交联剂(质量比)为1∶0.35。
A new type of leather was synthesized by cross linking and modification by using solid waste of leather production - chrome scraps which was dissolved as materials. The solid waste was made full use of during the process that didn' t bring secondary pollution. The effects of temperature, time and dosage of cosolvent and cross linking agent were investigated. The results showed that the best conditions of dissolution were stirring 3 hours under 60℃, the ratio of chrome scraps and cosolvent was 1:0.2. The best conditions of cross - linking reaction were stirring 24hours under 60℃, the ratio of chrome scraps and cross linking agent was 1:0.35.
