摘要
建立了车铣加工薄壁回转体的动力学模型,并通过实验对其进行了不同切深的谐响应分析,确定出不同厚度的薄壁件在不同切深时受迫振动的频率范围.
The dynamic model of the thin-walled rotational workpiece in the turn-milling is presented. The harmonic response analysis is used to analyse the thin-walled rotational workpiece with the different cutting depth. The analysis result shows that the range of the forced vibration frequency of the workpiece is determined by the different thickness and cutting depth.
