摘要
攀枝花钢铁公司采用高炉炼铁,每年产出大量的高炉渣,造成现有渣场无法堆放,并严重污染金沙江水域。而废渣中含有大量的钛、镁、铝等有价值的金属,需要对其进行浸取处理以更合理利用资源。在用硫酸法由高钛渣生产富钛料的过程中,镁、铝的存在会带来一系列极为不利的影响,例如增加酸耗、浸取液过滤困难、影响后续的水解等。生产钛白会产生大量的废酸,难于治理,结合上述几方面的原因,我们选择了用废酸对高炉渣酸解浸取,降低其中的镁、铝含量,实现酸废液循环操作。
Slag of blast furnace discarded on the bank of the Jingsha river by Panzhlhua Steel and Iron Cor (PSTC) has been threatened the security of the river system. Furthermore, the unhandy slag contains lots of useful metals, such as titanium, magnesium and aluminum. So, it is very important to make use of the resource by dip abstraction. In the sulphurise process of manufacturing high-titanium slag by slag of blast furnace, the presence of aluminum and magnesium bring a lot of disadvantages. For instance, increasing the sulfuric acid expendings,making the dip liquid difficult to filtration and affect the subsequent hydrolyzing. By producing the titanium dioxide,it brings lots of waste acid which difficult to deal with. Combine the above-mentioned reasons, we decide to use the waste acid to dip the slag of blast furnace to reduce the magnesium and aluminum, realization the circulation of the waste acid.
