二维超声对乳腺良恶性肿块的鉴别诊断 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨乳腺良恶性肿块的二维声像图特征,评价其在良恶性肿块诊断中价值。方法回顾性分析119例乳腺肿块的超声特征如:纵横比、形态、边缘、内部回声、微钙化、后方回声。结果恶性肿瘤的超声征象有纵横比>1、形态不规则、边缘毛刺样、微分叶、周围强回声晕、微钙化和后方回声衰减。良性肿瘤超声征象有形态规则、边缘清晰光滑及包膜。结论乳腺良恶性肿瘤的特征性超声表现对诊断和鉴别诊断有重要价值。 Objective To analyze the ultrasound characteristics of breast nodules,so as to evaluate the value in the differential diagnosis of breast nodules.Methods Uhrasonographic appearances (items seeing in "Results") of breast nodules in 119 patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results Uhrasonographic appearances of malignant breast lesions had longitude width ratio 〉l,irregular shape,speculated margins, microlobularity,hyperechoic halo,microcalcification and posterior shadowing.Uhrasonographic appearances of benign breast lesions had regular shape,circumscribed margin and thin echogenic capsule. Conclusion Benign and malignant breast lesions showed their ultrasound characteristics respectively which are crucial to diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
