高校老师要尽到培养学生干部优良人格的责任:放手工作,培养主动型人格;严格要求,培养自律型人格;学会合作,培养容纳型人格。
The college teachers should pay their dues to help the student cadres develop good personality： giving the students free hand in working and help them form active personality; be strict to the student cadres to cultivate the selfschooled personality; to help the student cadres cooperate and develop their receptive personality.
