摘要
城市污水处理厂的污泥水具有温度高(30℃左右)、氨氮浓度高(1000mg/L左右)的特点,其水量仅为污水处理厂进水量的1%~2%,但是氮负荷却占总负荷的15%~25%。我国目前已经建成或正在修建的城市污水处理厂均采用将其回流至进水口进行再处理的方法,使得处理系统的实际氮负荷高于设计负荷,致使污水厂面临脱氮不完全的问题。介绍了污泥水脱氮处理技术的应用及进展,重点论述了利用污泥水中的氨氮富集硝化菌并添加于污水处理过程中的强化硝化技术,并对该技术的研究、应用和发展前景进行了探讨。
Sludge water in municipal wastewater treatment plant (MWWTP) is characterized by high temperature (30 ℃ ) and high ammonia nitrogen concentration (1 000 mg/L). The quantity of sludge water is 1% to 2% of the influent of MWWTP, but nitrogen load is 15% to 25% of total load. MWWTPs constructed or under construction in China adopt the method of recirculating sludge water to the influent inlet, which causes the actual nitrogen load of the treatment system higher than the design load, so that there is an incomplete nitrification in MWWTP. The application and progress of nitrogen removal technology from sludge water are introduced. The enhanced nitrification technology that nitrifying bacteria are enriched using ammonia nitrogen in sludge water and augmented into wastewater treatment process is expounded mainly, and the research, application and development prospect of this technology are discussed.
