摘要
本文以高校院(系)管理者为研究对象,运用深度访谈、问卷调查、因素分析等方法,构建高校院(系)管理者的胜任特征模型,并运用研究结果进行应用设计,以期对提高院(系)管理者人力资源管理的效益有所裨益。
In this paper, the authors made a research on the administration competence of the administrators in the department level in higher education by the methods of interview in depth, questionnaires, and factor analysis. The purpose is to construct a model for the characteristics of the. administrators' comptence, by applying the research result to the practice, to promote the efficiency of the human resource administration in the department level of the higher education.
