摘要
介绍了将针状硝基胍改变为粒状结晶的重结晶方法,测定了颗粒状硝基胍的晶胞参数、晶体密度、假密度,粗细颗粒级配后的振动密度、熔点和机械感度。这种颗粒状硝基胍预计可作为铸装或压装炸药的组分。
The recrystallization method of nitroguanidine (NQ) is modified to pre pare particulate crystalline from its needle form. Different properties of the final prod ucts obtained therefrom were determined,including crystal parameters, crystal density,bulk density, vibration density of the sample from graded granula combination,melting point and impact/friction sensitivity.The granular NQ is an acceptable insensitive explosive used as a filler for cast and/or compressed charges.
