早期应用^(90)Sr-^(90)Y照射防治烧伤瘢痕的初步探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察烧伤创面愈合后不同时间应用90Sr-90Y照射防治瘢痕的疗效。方法:对我科18例患者50处深Ⅱ度和Ⅲ度创面愈合后分组采用90Sr-90Y照射,其中A组36处创面在愈合后第3天开始照射,B组14处创面在愈合后2周开始照射,每个疗程的总剂量为25~40Cy,分6~8次完成,每次剂量3~7Cy。照射一个疗程后大体观察瘢痕生长情况,部分病例进行病理学及免疫组化检查。结果:创面经照射一个疗程后,病理学检查见A组瘢痕厚度平均为3mm,B组瘢痕厚度平均为5mm。A组CD34染色示血管数也明显低于B组,A组创面的总有效率高于B组(P<0.05)。结论:早期应用90Sr-90Y照射对防治烧伤瘢痕增生有明显疗效。 Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of applying strontium 90 for the prevention and treatment of cicatrix in different stage after burn wounds healing. Methods: 50 burn wounds of deep dermal and full thickness of 18 cases were observed. 50 burn wounds were treated by strontium 90 and were divided two groups, with 36 burn wounds beginning the therapy the 3rd days after burn wound healing ( Group A), and 14 burn wounds two weeks after burn wound healing ( Grup B). The total dosages of strontium 90 radiation in one therapeutic course was 25-40 Cy, which was completed for 6-8 times, each dosage of radiation was 3-7 Cy. Result: The average thickness of hypertrophic scar in Group A was 3 mm, Group B was 5 mm. The CD34 ratio in Group B was obviously higher compared with Group A. The therapeutic effect of Group A was obviously better than Group B( P 〈0.05). Conclusion: It is obviously beneficial to apply ^90Sr-^90Y for the prevention and treatment of hypertrophic scar in early stage of burn wounds healing.
