摘要
目的:总结中西医结合治疗急性重症胰腺炎的经验。方法:调查分析我院1994年10月至2006年7月收治的74例急性重症胰腺炎病例中西医结合治疗方法和疗效。结果:74例中痊愈72例(97.3%,其中4例因胆道梗阻急诊手术),死亡2例(2.7%,1例术后死于真菌感染,另1例保守治疗过程中死于急性呼吸窘迫综合征)。结论:中西医结合治疗急性重症胰腺炎疗效满意,其方法值得推荐。
Objective： To summarize the experiences of integrated treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine in severe acute pancreatitis （SAP）. Methods： Seventy - four patients with SAP admitted from October 1994 to July 2006 were retrospectively reviewed and the results of integrated treatment were analyzed. Results： In the series, seventy - two patients with SAP were cured with integrated treatment （ four patients underwent emergency operation due to biliary tract obstruction）. Two of the series died,one died of fungus infection, the other died of acute respiratory distress syndrome in the course of nonoperative treatment. Condusion： Integrated treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine is satisfactory in SAP, the method is worth recommended.
