摘要
以玉金香和白兰瓜2个品种为试材,在人工气候箱适温栽培条件下,研究不同昼温(20~25℃,25~30℃,30~35℃)对厚皮甜瓜幼苗生长与生理特性的影响。结果表明,在适温条件下,2个厚皮甜瓜品种的幼苗对昼温反应明显不同,在昼温25~30℃条件下,早熟品种玉金香幼苗的叶面积、干质量和鲜质量、根系活力及光合速率等均达最大值;在昼温30~35℃条件下,晚熟品种白兰瓜幼苗的各生长生理指标均为最大值。说明晚熟品种白兰瓜幼苗生长比早熟品种玉金香要求更高的昼温。
The subjects of the experiment were two kinds of muskmelon cultivars: Yujinxiang and Bailangua. Under the suitable temperature in artificial climate box, the effect of different day-temperature (20-25,25-30, 30-35℃) on the growth and physiology characteristics of muskmelon seedling was studied. Results showed the seedlings of two kinds of cultivars responded to the day-temperature quite differently. When the day-temperature was 25-30℃ ,for the seedling of Yujinxiang cultivars,its leaf area, fresh weight,dry weight, root activity and photosynthestic rate would all reach the max; while the daytemperature was 30-35 ℃, the seedlings of Bailangua would appear best. All these indicate that the breed of later-maturing like Bailangua needs higher day-temperature than the breed of early-maturing likes Yujinxiang in the seedling stage.
