失水对植物生理特性和电特性的影响 被引量:22

摘要 为了了解植物电特性与生理特性间的关系,特以吊兰、玉米和小麦等植物为对象,研究了失水对离体和活体植物叶片的生理特性参数(组织含水量和水势)及电特性参数(电容和电阻值)的影响。结果表明,失水使叶片组织含水量、水势降低,使电容减小、电阻增大,且电容和电阻的变化较组织含水量和水势的变化明显。表明植物叶片电特性能够反映植物的水分生理特性,因此,利用植物电特性快速获取植物旱情信息是可行的。 In order to understand the relationship between electrical and physiological properties of plants,the paper studied influence of water loss on physiological parameters e. g. water content and water potential,as well as electrical parameters e. g. capacitance and resistance of picked and living leaves of bracketplant chlorophytum,corn and wheat. Results show that water loss makes water content and potential of leaves decrease ,but makes capacitance decrease and resistance increase. Moreover,changes of capacitance and resistance are more obvious than that of water content and potential. It presents that electrical properties can reflect physiological properties of water in plants. Therefore, it is feasible to use electrical properties of plants to get drought information of plants quickly.
