摘要
镁合金为密排六方晶格,比立方晶格类型的其它金属变形能力小,因此,镁合金在常温下的塑性非常差,在压力加工时易产生裂纹。然而,固态镁合金在一定的温度下通过压力加工能获得良好的力学性能,镁合金锻件的强度和刚度都要高于其铸件。本文通过镦粗压缩试验,发现AZ61A镁合金在室温下镦粗压缩时塑性很差,在300℃的加热温度下塑性很好。
Magnesium alloy is of smaller plasticity with hexagonal closed-packed crystal structure. The deformation is difficult in room temperature. But there is a higher deforming ability at high temperature. Strength and stiffness of magnesium alloy forgings are higher than those of magnesium alloy castings. In the paper, AZ61A magnesium alloy was turned up a better plasticity at 300℃ and worse plasticity under the room temperature through the upsetting compression experiment.
