摘要
农民是社会主义新农村建设的主体,其素质的高低直接关系到新农村建设事业的成败。从目前我国农民的科技文化素质、思想道德素质、民主法制素质和身体健康素质的现状分析,着重探讨了提高农民素质的措施和建议以及在此过程中应注意的几个事项。
Peasant is the principal part of the new village construction of Communism. The quality of the peasant relates to the new village construction closely. The thesis analyzes firstly from the actuality of the peasant＇s scientific and technological cultural quality, ideology and ethnical quality and physique of our country. It mainly discusses strategies and advices on how to improve the quality of peasant and some issues of this process of improving are also mentioned here.
