摘要
目的:探讨血浆脑肠肽浓度与妊娠期糖尿病的相关关系。方法:利用放射免疫法测定血浆中脑肠肽及空腹胰岛素浓度,同时利用葡萄糖氧化酶法检测空腹血浆葡萄糖水平。结果:(1)妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血浆脑肠肽水平显著低于正常孕妇[(360±52 vs 740±46)pg/ml](P<0.05)。(2)妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血浆脑肠肽水平与体质指数(BMI)、空腹胰岛素及胰岛素抵抗指标成负相关(r=-0.478,-0.405,-0.517)(P<0.05)。结论:血浆脑肠肽水平可能与妊娠期糖尿病的发生发展有关。
Objective: To study the association between plasm ghrelin level and gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods: Plasma ghrelin levels and insulin levels were measured by radioimmunoassay and fasting plasma glucose levels were measured by glucose oxidase. Results: Plasma ghrelin levels were lower in GDM (360±52) pg/ml than in normal pregnance controls (740±46)pg/ml(P〈0.05). Significant negative linear correlations were found among fasting plasma ghrelin and body mass index (BMI), the fasting insulin levels and insulin resistance (r = -0.478, -0.405, -0.517) (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Plasma ghrelin levels may be associated with the pathogenesis of gestational diabetes mellitus.
