摘要
应用感应加热理论,建立了电磁场与温度场耦合的有限元数学模型,利用大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS对钢坯的感应加热过程进行了模拟分析,得到了随时间变化的工件温度分布图,并分析了感应加热整个温升过程的特点与影响因素,结果表明,通过调整加热装置的频率、激励电流等工艺参数,可以达到铸坯均温的目的。
A finite element model coupled electromagnetic field with temperature field has been established based on induction heating theory to simulate the induction heating process of continuous casting slab by universal ANSYS software, and to obtain temperature field of the slab related to time variation. The characteristics of temperature-increment and influential factors of the continuous casting slab during induction heating process are analyzed. The results show that the temperature homogenization can be effectively improved by adjusting the frequency of heating device and exciting current.
