摘要
目的观察有氧运动对老年女性呼吸循环系统的影响。方法指导42名60~69岁的健康老年女性进行为期4个月的有氧运动,以心率为参数控制其运动速度和强度,实验前后分别测定其心脏泵血功能、肺通气功能及脑阻抗血流图各项指标。结果与运动前比较,受试者心脏泵血功能明显改善,表现为每搏输出量由运动前的65.22ml增加到72.10ml(P<0.05),射血分数由60.10%增大为68.78%(P<0.01),而心率则由77.45次/min减慢至67.89次/min(P<0.01),肺活量及每分最大通气量分别由2.86L和96.14L提高到3.34L和114.02L,与运动前比较有显著意义(P<0.01),脑阻抗血流图上反映脑血流阻力的指标流入时间由运动前的0.171s明显缩短为0.128s(P<0.01),而反映脑血流量大小的波幅则由运动前的0.981Ω显著增大为1.191Ω(P<0.01)。结论适当强度的规律性有氧运动可通过改善呼吸循环功能起到强身健体的作用,是一项方便易推广的健身运动项目。
Objective To observe the effect of aerobic exercise on respiratory and circulatory function in old women and research the mechanism. Methods A total of 42 old women aging from 60 to 69 were treated with aerobic exercise for four months, and the indexes of respiration, circulation and rheoencephalography were measured before and after experiment. Results Compared with before aerobic exercise, their heart beat volume and ejection fraction significantly increased from 65.22 ml and 60.10% respectively to 72.10 ml and 68.78% ( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ) , whereas their mean heart rate decreased from 77.45 to 67.89 BPM ( P 〈 0.01 ). The vital capacity and maximal voluntary ventilation increased from 2.86 and 96.14 respectively to 3.34 and 114.02 L ( P 〈 0.01 ). The fluid time of rheoencephalography was shortened ( from 0.171 to 0. 128 S, P 〈 0.01 ) and the wave amplitude was amplified (from 0.981 to 1. 191Ω P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Aerobic exercise can improve the function of respiratory and circulatory system and it is a good way to keep the health of the elders.
