摘要
目的测定灵芝孢子粉中微量元素的含量。方法采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法和石墨炉法分别测定灵芝孢子粉样品中的微量元素Fe,Cu,Zn,Mg,Ca,Pb,Sn的含量。结果方法简单,精密度和灵敏度高,回收率为97.90%-100.57%,结果可靠。结论孢子粉中钙、铁、镁、锌含量较高。
Objective To determine the content of trace elements of Ganoderma lucidum. Methods Flame atomic and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy were performed in determination of the content of trace elements. Rusults The methods were simple, precise and the recovery rate was in the range of 97.5% - 100.57%. Conclusion The content of Ca, Fe, Mg, Zn in the Ganoderma lucidum is abundant.
