摘要
从原料、纺丝组件、纺丝条件等探讨了166 dtex/192 f涤纶超细旦预取向丝(POY)的生产工艺。结果表明:选择半消光PET切片,干燥温度160～170℃,纺丝组件压力为12～18 NPa,过滤材质为金属砂,纺丝温度295～300℃,纺丝速度2 800～3 300 m/min,生产出的POY物理指标性能优异,可纺性好。
The production process of 166 dtex/192 f uhrafine PET pre-oriented yarn was discussed from the aspects of raw material, spin pack and spinning conditions. The results showed that the POY with excellent physical index and good spinnability can be produced from semi-dull PET chips using metal sand as filtration material under the conditions of drying temperature 160 -170℃, spin pack pressure 12 -18 MPa, spinning temperature 295 -300℃ and speed 2 800- 3 300 m/min.
